Ring spotlight door latch

So, I just switch over from SimpliSafe and I am already experiencing issues. I keep getting a message my battery door latch is open and it’s not. I called customer service and thought the issue was fixed. New day and still getting the message. I’ve also added a new battery that’s fully charged and it’s not being detected.
