My spotlight camera makes a connection. I can turn the lights on and off but live view does not work.
Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Delivering a sufficient video stream will take a dependable connection, whereas a lights toggle from the app might still work with some interference. It’s always best to consider distance and interferences. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device.
