I was told to reset its not good, now I will have to return product hopefully I can find the box it came in, I originally drilled a hole from outside to inside ran the charging cord through the hole and sealed around the whole and plug in the ring and order a long extension USB cord and I charge it in the house without having to remove and charge. I will have to go back to this since charging solarly doesn’t work,and the agent said its rare to get a complaint about solar, but I see tons of complaints on this community.
