Ring Setup HELP PLEASE!!!

I recently purchased a new home that had the Ring Pro doorbell setup. The only thing left to do is connect to my Internet Connection.

I proceed through the steps in the Ring App (scan the QR code and select doorbell, etc.). When it comes to setting up the WIFI, it says to select something that appears as “Ring” or “Chime” under the Wifi names. I do not see anything that resembles this and, therefore, I am unable to connect the doorbell to my Phone’s WIFI.

Am i missing something here? Let me know if someone can kindly help me out. Thanks!!

It sounds like the Ring network is not being broadcasted, so you will want to follow up with them to get this looked into further.
