I am just setting up my new ring doorbell, but the free trial of ring protect doesn’t seem to have kicked in, it is just asking me to pay to subscribe?
Hi @Laurajw. You should receive a free 30 day trial of the Ring Protect Plus plan when you set up a brand new device. If you’re not receiving your trial, then you’ll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can make sure it’s properly in place.
