I received a notice that my Protet Basic Plan had been cancelled and I will get a refund.
I did not cancel the plan but do have the plus plan for all my devices.
I assume the cancellation is because I upgraded but that is not clear in the message I received.
Is that the case?
Good question @wrkeen! If you’ve upgraded your plan, then you will indeed receive a refund for the remainder of the Basic Protect Plan. Our help center article will mention this and more regarding upgrading plans. I hope this helps!
