Ring pro

My pro worked perfectly until membership expired, then it went offline. I renewed membership but the pro will not come back online? I’ve followed all reconnect instructions to no avail, will ring replace this device free of charge? Thanks

Hi @Blackbeard1. Since you have done the reset to no avail, I recommend contacting our support team to see if they can help get it online. If they are unable to and you are still within warranty, they should be able to replace it for you. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
