Ring Pro: hugh delay to mobile app


Ring Pro is having a delay of about 3 minutes between someone presses de bell and the moment i get notified on my mobile device. Chime is responding a few seconds later.

Even when mobile device is on the LAN via WiFi

Wifi Signal is strong (2.4)

Internet = high speed

is kind of useless when this delay is such long

Hi @gerydc! 3 minutes is certainly a long delay for notifications, and should not be happening. The best first step here will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled. If you are using an android mobile device, please check for any android apps that might conflict with the Ring app. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
