Hello,

Sometimes when the button on my ringpro is pressed the blue circle lights up but theres no sound. The video still works but the bell itself freezes and doesn’t sound.

Hi @Darzo. There is a way to adjust the volume level on your Ring Pro in the Ring app. This is located under the General Settings after tapping the Device Settings tile. To help you get there, check out this Community post here. I hope this helps.
