Ring Pro disconnects

I purchased a refurbished ring pro from Ring and it disconnects and reconnects randomly throughout the day. While it’s offline I can change the modes but it still won’t record. Then all of a sudden it connects and works fine. It’s not WiFi issue in my end, we have a strong signal

Hey there, @Dparadise11! The Doorbell Pro requires both sufficient wifi and power to operate as intended. As you mentioned wifi signal is adequate, I recommend also ensuring the Doorbell Pro is connected to your 2.4 Ghz network, rather than the 5 Ghz network.
