On 4/4, my app stop connecting to devices. I cannot add them back since my account still see it.
Sorry to hear about this @ejyearwood! If you are able to still see your devices in the Ring app, but are not able to control them, they may be offline. Please ensure your mobile device is connected to wifi or cell data, bluetooth and VPN is off, then try a live view.
If live view does not work on any of your Ring devices, please check your in home wifi and network connection to ensure it is operating as intended. I hope this helps!
