Upgraded from a Ring Pro to a Ring Pro 2 over the weekend and have had very little motion alerts vs the Ring Pro that gave me all kinds of motion alerts, which I want. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with Ring customer service and it is still not working properly. Their suggestion was to create 2 motion zones, which worked to capture a few more motion alerts but still missing a lot. I am considering re-installing the Ring Pro and returning the Pro 2. Anyone else having issues?
