How many of you have had to replace the usb power cord to your outdoor stick up cam? Mine has gone bad and Ring will not replace it or give a discount to purchase another.
Hi @ROAR. Our support team should be able to send out a replacement power cord or direct you where to purchase one if the cord isn’t working properly. The whole Camera itself shouldn’t need to be replaced either, but our support team will be able to look into this further with you.
