Ring Neighborhood Sign in Issue

Hello, I tried to sign into my neighborhood app and was prompted to verify my account, but have not received an email from Ring. I have used this app several times, so, it is not my first time using it. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but, I still am stuck at this screen, yet still waiting for a verification email. It is not in my spam folder either.

I checked the “Ring Status”:

and there doesn’t appear to be a reported problem there.

That was a good idea to have checked your spam folder too, just in case. If your problem persists you should telephone Ring Support:
