Ring invite option not sending invite emails

I invited several members to join the app to that they could see the Ring device. None of the 4 invites have received the invite email from Ring. On the App they all show invited and this user hasn’t responded to your invite. Do I return the purchased devices ?

Hi @user25632. I would have the Shared Users check their email thoroughly by looking in their spam and junk folders. It is possible the email could have been sent there. They can also try using the search bar in their email to search for “Ring Shared User” to see if it finds the invite email. You can also try deleting the invites and re-sending them.
