Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro (late 2021) not responsive, cannot reboot, cannot reset

A Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro is no longer responsive. It’s not connected to the network. Here’s what I’ve tried:

  • Used to app to re-connect: no response.
  • Pressed the top button (releasing immediately), waited 10 mins: no response.
  • Pressed the top button and held for 30 seconds, waited 10 mins: no response.
  • Pressed the top button and held for 1 min, waited 10 mins: no response.
  • Cut power for 10 mins, turned on, waited 10 mins: no response.
  • Cut power for 1 day, turned on, waited 10 mins: no response.

Is the product bricked? What should I do?
