I have a Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro that I purchased from Amazon last May. The light has been working fine until the last few weeks - Now at night, the floodlights flicker, and from what I found online is that there isn’t much of a fix yet. Is that so? Or I’m I stuck with a defective camera
Hi @paulhale70. Try a factory reset of the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 30 seconds before setting it back up in the Ring App. Use the steps under Set Up a Device to set it back up and then monitor of the lights continue flickering at night or not. Let me know how that works for you.
