I own a couple of Ring products, as well as the cloud recording, and would not recommend the products. I purchased a doorbell and two floodlight cams for my home. When they are working they are fine, but the two floodlight cams have both gone bad with the same issue. The floodlight begins to blink rapidly and won’t stop. Once this happens Ring has told me that they have no way of fixing the product. The problem is that you are now stuck with malfunctioning lights tied into a series of products tied into your recording service. So you are forced to go without or make a total change to another system. Very disappointing after you have a good bit of money tied up in Ring.

If not, I’d suggest giving them a call at one of the numbers available here so they can review your device’s warranty and see if it needs to be replaced or offer more troubleshooting support.
