Hi Team,

I’ve received my discount code from verifypass for being a first responder, however each time I enter it in the checkout it keeps telling me that the code is invalid, are you able to assist me with this further?

As we are a neighbor to neighbor support forum, we would be unable to give you a new code that will work and not give you that invalid error.
