It seems like every other day my ring doorbell quits working. WiFi is good and it says it has excellent device health. It works for a couple of days and then just nothing. When you click live feed it says connecting but nothing. No new images when you click to check past motion.
Hey @Lesleyd82. When you are unable to load the Live View, does your device show as online in the Device Health page? Do you have any recent events of motion, dings, etc that you can reference? You can also try dinging the Doorbell yourself to see if you can get this event recorded. Please ensure you have an active Ring Protect Plan to see any recorded history in the Ring app for your device. If the Live View is still not loading or videos are not stored, please try removing the Doorbell from your app, resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds, and then re-setting up the device again.
