I put a star on a video, and I accidentally erased it. Is there anyway I can get that video back
Hey @Victor1! Tapping the star on an event will favorite it for you but will not keep it from being deleted after the normal video storage time frame. It is highly recommended that neighbors download any important videos, as recordings will automatically delete after 60 days (30 days in the UK). If you are to delete an event it is not recoverable.
