I am the owner but I can not add users…why?
Hi @cgassenberger. You should be able to add Shared Users in the Ring App as long as the device was set up under your email address. You can review the steps on how to add a Shared User in this Help Center Article here. If you’re receiving a specific type of error message, or don’t see these options, feel free to share a screenshot so I can take a look at what you’re seeing.
I send an email to add a user and they never get it. I only was able to link one user and the other user is never able to be added. They don’t even get listed as pending as you can see in the screenshot
