I recently acquired a new cell phone & when attempting to connect it to my phone, ring replies, with Doorbell is Someone else ring and to have them add me as a user, but i am the orginal owner. What do i do now?
Hi @HenG. I would first verify that you are entering the same email as the email that was used to originally set up your Ring Doorbell. If you are entering a different email, you will get the error message that you’re experiencing.
