I have two Ring Video Doorbells, original version. After a long period of use, one of the units disconnected from wifi. The error message is that the wifi password is incorrect. I have tried several networks and created a separate network for the Ring devices. I have also hard reset the device several times. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
Hey @jrdkc. Could you try removing the device from your Ring app, resetting it and then re-setting up the device on the Ring app?
