Ring doorbell setup failure

I have just purchased a ring doorbell, I try to connect to door bell it says my phone is talking to the product, then it just says u able to connect to Internet, it hasn’t asked for my WiFi password or anything, have modem on both 2.5 ghz and 5 ghz it’s dual band.
Have tried turning off 5ghz and just use the 2.5 and nothing.
Can someone please help

Hey @Ianh76, it sounds like you’re having trouble with connecting to the Ring AP. You can try resetting the Doorbell by holding the setup button for 30 seconds, and then giving the setup another try. If it fails again, please try the setup from another device, such as another phone or tablet, but logged into your account. Let us know how this goes!
