Installed a few days ago, and have found that the “motion” detection, at night, does not work!

I have followed all instructions found on this site, with no improvement.

Noticed my firmware lists 1.16.00272, rather than “Up todate”. Have read that the firmware should be “2.1”

How do I force a firmware upgrade???

Called customer support. They said firmware 2.1 has issues, so Ring is not downloading the 2.1 till bugs are worked out!!!
