Ring Doorbell Pro not connecting

I had my ring doorbell for a month now. The first few weeks were wonderful and the ring doorbell had no issues except setting up. Once everything was setup, the doorbell was working for awhile. This week, the doorbell keep losing connection to the WIFI. It won’t reconnect and it won’t let you reset and setup the doorbell again. It has become a regular doorbell… I have tried everything I read on the community forums. Any help is appreciated.

This seems to be a common problem as I have read many similar posts on here. I had this problem, called Support and they are sending out a new unit as mine wouldn’t respond when following their instructions. Give them a call.
