Ring doorbell pro - connects only for few minutes

I’ve had the ring doorbell pro for a while now, never managed to make it work. I have called customer care in US, but they can’t seem to find out why it’s not working and they insist it’s a low wifi issue. Since the call I have upgraded the wifi , but issue remains.
Basically the doorbell easily connects to the app, and I’m able to see the live camera , etc… after a few minutes ( the time varies ) the connection gets lost, and the doorbell doesn’t automatically connect to the app again. I am able to reconnect it back by using the changed wifi function, yet again after a few minutes it disconnects. Can anyone help?

( I have connected the doorbell in my garage for easier troubleshooting, the wifi is stronger when it’s connected outside, as I have an outdoor wifi device )
