The orange button on back of the ring doorbell does NOT work and will NOT allow me to re-synch the device or allow the spinning circle to begin the process of hard setting. What can be done to fix this issue to enable me to resynch my doorbell camera device
Hey @poteejr. Are you able to press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds to reset the device, and then press it again to put it into setup mode? Have you ensured you have fully charged the internal battery? If you’d done both of these and it’s to no avail, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
