Ring Doorbell now inop after charging

RING Model: Video Doorbell (MSIP-CRM-BHA-)

Existing installation: After charging, pressing back orange button . . . . . white rotating ring is continuous. Second press stops white rotating ring. Press doobell button . . . . displays blue ring, no sound or response.

Does not connect to wi-fi or chime network. No other phone messages.

WiFi & second doorbell are okay. I guess it’s 1st generation?

Is there a reset of some kind?

Mine also stopped working. I charged it when I got an alert, and after reattaching it outside once it was charged, it is no longer connected. But it won’t allow me to reconnect it because the “WiFi is unable to connect” although I’m on my WiFi… waste of my money.
