Every single day I get at least 22 notifications to “disarm “ our door bell . We have done all three options and it never fails I get at least 22 notifications that say “ welcome back , disarm …. Blah blah . I need to know how to make it stop !
Hi @Doiron22. It seems like a Geofence has been activated. Which is what can notify you to “Disarm” when you enter the Geofence that was created. To disable this feature, follow these steps:
- Open Ring app
- Select menu button( three lines, top left)
- Tap Settings
- Select Geofence
- Tap Turn Off Geofence
- Tap Turn Off Geofence once more in the red bar
