My doorbell stopped working. I assumed that this was due to low battery so I charged it right up. It shows that it is fully charged but the doorbell is dead. I followed the hard reset procedure and the white light flashed once then goes blue again. I have tried a hard reset several times now to no avail.
Is my doorbell’s life over? It is the very first generation of the video doorbell.
