Ring Doorbell not connecting to PC

This week the Ring device is not connecting to our computers. We have been using the doorbell to communicate with people coming to our site which is closed to the public at this time. We have been using the Ring since April and for the most part worked fine up until this week.

Super frustrating that it won’t connect for the 3 staff members who utilize it remotely.

Hi @OFB. Can you clarify what part of the Doorbell is not working? Is the Live View not working or is the Doorbell not detecting and recording motion?
