Ring doorbell not charging (not hardwired)

About 2 months ago my doorbell stopped working after having it for not even a year. The battery life on the app has said 18% for the past 2 months and it will not charge or connect to WiFi. I purchased a new charger cable to see if they one we had died, but it still does not work. When I plug it in, nothing happens. No lights or anything.

The doorbell is not hardwired and I have tried a hard reset and everything and I cannot charge it or get it to turn on. I am not sure how to proceed.
