My ring is fully charged and installed correctly. I have connected it through my ring app but when I went to “share” and add my other family members to it the ring stops working. It says it’s connected however my live feed won’t work nor will the chime and notifications when pressed and/for any motions. I have reset it multiple times and it’s still the same thing.
