My Device Is Having An Issue Of Going Off Line For Hours And When I Look At My Live View from The App It Will Have Like 18 Hrs Ago Or Something. Plus My Snapshot Not Working in Timeline and cant find the File In My Sd Files. Anyone Else Having Problems regarding Any Of These???
Hi @Tony210. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? I’d recommend performing a complete reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set your Doorbell back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. This should resolve your concern, but let me know if you have any other questions!
