My 2020 edition goes offline quite often and lately the history is there but cant view the replays. Any help?
Hi there, @Bigzeke1320! The most common and best first thing to check for this type of concern is your network resources. Please ensure the Ring app device health section is showing a sufficient RSSI and that network speeds are sufficient. If this is so, let’s try resetting your Doorbell by. holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, reconnect or setup your Video Doorbell and allow it to complete any updates needed.
