Hi , I have a ring doorbell 2 when I’m at home it works fine I can see live view perfectly but when I’m at work just says streaming error ?! It notifies me when someone is at the door just can’t look on live view just says streaming error ??? Help please!!!
Hi @1934. Are you on wifi or mobile data at home, and is that the same network that you’re on when you’re at work? If you’re on your work’s wifi network, there may be some settings that are prohibiting you from using the Ring App fully, which could cause this streaming error. You may want to try using mobile data to see if that helps.
