Ring doorbell 2 night vision

I’ve had my doorbell for about a year now and had no problems with it.
This last week the night vision has stopped working until someone stands directly in front of the camera.
There is a street light the opposite side of my road but it has never been an issue to stop the camera turning to night vision.
I have also done a reset and still seem to be getting this issue.
Any ideas?
