I have my motion sensitivity on Max and have tried doing the zones in various ways. Any suggestions?
Hi there, @Sianlind! Great call on checking settings. Motion settings are best optimized through trial and error, however, sometimes angle or environmental factors can help too. Are there any stairs, slopes, or turns leading up to your entryway? A wedge or corner kit can help for these instances, and can be found on our accessories page at Ring.com.
I recommend also checking the motion frequency setting to ensure it is set to capture most frequent motions.
