Ring Doorbel still updating after 1 week

I set my Ring Doorbell up last week. It failed to get past the updating Firmware stage. I have done 3 hard resets and deleted the device each time from my phone. Each time it connects to the WiFi and then proceeds to update the Ring Doorbell and the flashing white light comes on.

This flashing white light does not stop flashing, therefore I’m assuming the update has failed.

The flashing white light flashes and every so often it flashes blue.

What can I do? My Ring Doorbell is unusable in this state!
