Hello,

I just got a Ring Door View Camera but the issue is I can’t get access to the live view camera.

I got the notification than there is someone in front of my door but when I click on it, there is nothing, even the history is empty.

Thanks for your help, I purchased an expensive device and it doesn’t work properly.

Have same problem on doorbell 1st gen, after 07/10/2020 all videos are unavelible. New events are disappearing from timeline, live view doesn’t work. But i’m reciving all notifications and can see hourly snapshots in ring app. I’v recheked connection and router settings, internet speed is about 40 mbps up.

Any ideas how to fix that?

P.s. Spotlight cam is working just fine. So i think it is problem with doorbells.

I’m having the same issue. Did you get it fixed.
Wi-fi signal is strong.
