Ring door locks not disarming alarm

I have everything set correctly to auto disarm when unlocked with code, but it doesn’t seem to do anything… alarm still goes off.

Hey @ehlersd. If you have your lock set up to disarm your system when the code is used and it’s not disarming the alarm, please reach out to our support team. They can take a deeper look into this to see why the lock isn’t disarming your system and get it fixed for future.
