Ring door bell 3 won't connect to the internet

This has been happening almost daily comes up and says no wifi/internet all other ring products working fine and further away and no issues with internet I’ve check internet and all other products, I’ve tired setting product no use?? I’m spending hours trying to sort this?? Any help please??

Move a WiFi Access Point, just to test, to the other side of the wall from the doorbell and see if the connection is better. Outside walls are notoriously bad at letting WiFi signals through.

The wifi hub about 25/30 feet away front door and always been there theres no walls between them
I will try moving the hub tomorrow
