Ring devices not loading on second phone

Good morning,

I have had ring devices for a few years, but recently the ring devices wont load just showing the following error.

Works fine on one phone but not the other.

Anyone got any ideas, wifi etc. is all fine.

I have a Doorbell 3, Spotlight cam (wired) and Floodlight (wired) all devices do not load.

Hi @davidwindle. Are you able to Live View on Ring.com? Are you using a VPN on your phone? What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed?

All works ok on my phone, my partners phone isn’t doesnt, get the above screen.

No VPN active and it’s a Google pixel 6, been fine for months but just starting doing it.

We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, so we are on the latest version.
