I moved my Ring camera from my office to the living room. There are two other Ring cameras in the living room that work just fine.
I was asked to go through the setup process again and I keep on getting the flashing green light telling me my ring device is too far from my router. It does not make sense.
I have tried to reset it twice and it still gave me the same error msg.
What should I do next?
