For some awful reason, my newly installed refurbished ring pro doorbell video quality turns to garbage at night. It doesn’t matter if the porch light is on or off or if I turn night time color mode on or off. I’ve included a picture. Anyone else have the same issue or know what to do?
Hi @JacobFlippin. There are a few things that you can try. First, try shutting the power off to the Ring Pro for 3 minutes, then turn back on. Allow the Ring Pro to reboot and see if that improves the picture quality. Next, you can try to reboot the Ring Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. If those two things did not improve the quality of the Ring Pro, give our support team a call for the next best steps. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. Thanks for the response Tom I tried reseting it before contacting Amazon. Since the camera is a refirb I believe there is something wrong with the infrared lights. Amazon is sending me a replacement.
