I was trying to reset my 1st gen contact sensor after I removed it accidentally. The status in the app said it has been tampered with. Which was good till that point of time. But once I had to reconnect it back it never worked from that time. I pulled out the battery and re-inserted it, restarted the base station but to no avail. Each time it was not able to connect. Anyone has faced similar problems and have a resolution to this? Mind you I have configured around 15 sensors without any issues.
