Hello, changed the chime on my ring chime pro and it plays all of the previous chimes as well as the new chime. How do you clear the previous chimes so it only plays the most recently selected chime? I now have a wolf howling, turkey gobble and Ho, Ho, Ho. Just want the Ho, Ho, Ho.

Hi @photomc. This is pretty unusual. You can try to reset the Chime Pro, then reconnect it to wifi and see if that causes it to behave normally. You can reset the Chime Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to wifi. This should cause it to behave normally.
