My 1st post so please be gentle.
Ok we realised our Chime Pro Gen 2 is not ringing now.
Blue indicator light is on, its listed on the app as being online, the volume is maxed and alerts are if doorbell is pushed. Ring default is ticked.
The night light flashes if the door bell rings but no ring from the actual chime itself.
Test sound on Chime results in the night light flashing only.
RSSI-49 is in green.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
